Jaffna is the largest town and a historic capital in the Northern Province of Sri Lanka, which can also be called as the heartland of Sri Lankan Tamil culture. Jaffna and its neighboring areas are steeped in history with remarkable archaeological sites.
Jaffna’s main attraction is the colonial Dutch Fort, covering 22 hectares which is considered to be the best preserved typical Dutch fortress in Asia.

The city is full of fascinating Kovils (Hindu temples), ancient Buddhist temples and other religious places such as churches.
Its beauty also ranges from white sandy beaches in the surrounded islands to picturesque lagoons and waterways which are abundant in birdlife.
While agriculture and fisheries have been the principal economic activities of the district, Jaffna cuisine has its own incomparable flavour with numerous dishes which are rich in spices.
Travelling to Jaffna is an authentic as well as a true human experience, where our guests can take time to explore the area and meet people to witness a glimpse of their cultural and social values.
Sarvodaya has been active in providing services for the people in Jaffna Peninsula for the last few decades. Our Jaffna Centre is situated at Nedunkulam Junction facing Kandy road, serves as a Suwadana Center (Health facility) and a WUSC Vocational Training Centre providing vocational training to youth in the area.

Jaffna Accommodation

Our three-storey Centre caters safe and standard accommodation to suit your budget. Three types of spacious rooms are available with required furnishing to reflect simplicity and to provide you with utmost comfort.

Totaling up to 30 guests can be accommodated by our rooms.

Conference Hall

The conference hall is adequate enough to accommodate 200 individuals provided with comfortable chairs, fans and a multimedia projector and a sound system for your convenience.
